BrightLife's money-back guarantee lets you make "no-questions-asked" returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please include a copy of your invoice, or a completed Return/Exchange Form (PDF). Let us know if you prefer a refund, exchange, or replacement. A return authorization number is not required. BrightLife refunds your return postage for manufacturer's defects only.
