At BrightLife Direct we make returns and exchanges easy. A RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM is included in every package.

Exchanges are shipped at no charge for US and Canadian orders only. International exchanges will be charged the applicable shipping fee.
- You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered, per the USPS or FedEx delivery confirmation, to make a return for refund or exchange.
- The manufacturers original box/packing MUST be included with all returns.
- If stockings have been worn, they MUST be laundered before returning.
- Include a RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM with your return.
- Include your phone number - we may need to contact you to properly process your return.
- Shoes should be tried on a carpeted area and will not be refunded if returned in unsellable condition.
- Your return must be mailed within 2 weeks of receiving RA#
AFTER 30 DAYS
Unopened items, sealed in their original packaging may be returned within 31-90 days for a store credit only, that is valid for one year. Items returned after 90 days will not be accepted.
HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN:
You can ship your return to us anyway you want to. Shipment tracking is HIGHLY recommended. If we don't receive your return, we can't process a refund or exchange.
WHERE'S MY EXCHANGE:
Exchanges take 1-2 weeks to process AFTER we've receive your package. If you needed it yesterday, please place a new order and return the original order for a refund.
WHERE'S MY REFUND:
Refunds take 1-2 weeks to process AFTER we receive your return. It can take your credit card company or bank 7-10 business days to post the refund to your account. We don't like it either.
