EASY RETURNS/EXCHANGES:


At BrightLife Direct we make returns and exchanges easy. A RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM is included in every package.

THE RULES:

  • You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered, per the USPS or FedEx delivery confirmation, to make a return for refund or exchange.
  • The manufacturers original box/packing MUST be included with all returns.
  • If stockings have been worn, they MUST be laundered before returning.
  • Include a RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM with your return.
  • Include your phone number - we may need to contact you to properly process your return.
  • Shoes should be tried on a carpeted area and will not be refunded if returned in unsellable condition.
  • Your return must be mailed within 2 weeks of receiving RA#
Exchanges are shipped at no charge for US and Canadian orders only. International exchanges will be charged the applicable shipping fee.

AFTER 30 DAYS
Unopened items, sealed in their original packaging may be returned within 31-90 days for a store credit only, that is valid for one year. Items returned after 90 days will not be accepted.

HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN:

You can ship your return to us anyway you want to. Shipment tracking is HIGHLY recommended. If we don't receive your return, we can't process a refund or exchange.

WHERE'S MY EXCHANGE:

Exchanges take 1-2 weeks to process AFTER we've receive your package. If you needed it yesterday, please place a new order and return the original order for a refund.

WHERE'S MY REFUND:

Refunds take 1-2 weeks to process AFTER we receive your return. It can take your credit card company or bank 7-10 business days to post the refund to your account. We don't like it either.
