Save yourself a trip to the Post Office with our prepaid return shipping label. Just enter your original order number, and the number of items being returned in the spaces above, and we'll email you a label. You don't even need to request an RA#. It will be printed on the label.
Please do include a completed Return/Exchange form with your return, so we know if you want a refund or exchange.
A valid email address at checkout is required, so we can send you the label.
First - you will receive an order confirmation by email. Our Customer Service team will then create the Label and email it to you in a SECOND email.
Labels are emailed Mon-Fri. If you request a label on a weekend or holiday, it will be emailed the next business day.

I am really happy that you have the option to purchase the return label. I am thinking it would have cost more for me to purchase postage at USPS so this was great. However, there was confusion when placing the order. The label was supposed to be sent by email. When purchasing the label I had to state how to ship....there was no email option so I just chose one of the ones listed. Not sure if I messed it up but I never received the emailed label. Called two weeks later and it was sent by email within the hour.

I feel like I may be the only one reviewing a label, but what the heck. It was a great label and is better than going to the post office for one.
