We did not receive the purchase when first ordered. We are not sure if it was lost in the mail, or if someone stole it from our door. Either way, when I called to let them know that we had not received the order, they were extremely kind to me. They resent the order at no charge. We received the order within a few days. The cream works very well and the company was fantastic! Thank you!!!.
