It's been awhile since I've worn the 30-40 compression level. These hose are very difficult to get on and wish they were a little softer (like the Comfort/Sheer and Soft line). The shade of color is definitely darker than the picture. But overall they do what they do. The adjustable waistband is a plus and the fly is always welcomed. I really hope that compression hosiery manufacturers start catering to men more though. For men who have to wear waist-high compression either because (thigh-highs are uncomfortable/slip down or need to have the entire lower extremity compression) there really are limited products. Give me options manufacturers.

If your medical situation requires that you wear compression garment these are the ones to wear. the company that initially fitted me for a groin/leg compression garment without toes ordered 2 pairs of what turned out to be for women. these are much stronger and have room in the crotch. I have lymphedema from an inguinal lymph node dissection and radiation and these are a big help.
