Mediven Plus knee highs with silicone top band won't slip or roll. Woven with Medi-Silk fibers, which makes them very easy to apply and comfortable to wear. The opaque fabric conceals blemishes, varicose veins, and scarring.
This stocking provides 30-40mmHg of gradient compression and should be worn under a doctor's supervision. This level helps relieve severe varicose veins, severe edema (swelling), and chronic venous insufficiency. It helps during healing after surgical and sclerotherapy procedures and helps prevent venous ulcerations. Woven from 69% nylon and 31% spandex in the USA.

Great Quality with Competitive Prices, December 24, 2016 By Suzanne Warriner (Leander, TX)(Verified)
I have Type II Diabetes with Chronic Kidney Disease. These stockings are literally my life saver! The "Bright Life Direct" quality is superb. Although the specialty stockings are expensive, they are sold at a much better price than any other place I have researched. I find them to be comfortable, easy to care for, and the customer service is available to assist in any way.
Best Purchase, December 16, 2015 By Anonymous (saint peters, MO)
Much easier to get on and can wear them 2 day without washing. My feet naturally sweat when I dance which is a few hours per day and no order. I hand wash and allows me a day to have one dry and wear the second pair. Best compression stockings for me.
Silicone Dots Caused Rash, September 28, 2015 By Anne (Albuquerque, NM)
I have CVI and must wear 30-40mmHg hose daily. These stockings stay up wonderfully and felt great for 2 days. Then my legs formed red, itchy bumps where the silicone dots touched. I wash the hose every night, but now must buy hose without the dots, which really hold the stockings up well. I'd love to keep wearing these (feet are no longer purple), but now I have to use vaseline and gauze between the band and my legs to stop the rash and itching.
Excellent - Highly recommended, March 27, 2015 By Anonymous (Cincinnati, OH)
If you are questioning if the silicone top is worth it, it is. It is far more comfortable to wear all day. I can get by wearing these twice before they need a washing so a second pair is nice to have. I recommend these and would have given them five stars but I wish there was a size between "petite" lengths and standard. At 6'-3" tall, the standard is an inch too long, the petite too short. If you can stand the closed toe, I find them to be much more comfortable than the open toe version.
Instant relief, February 21, 2015 By Anonymous (onancock, VA)
My legs were aching after going without my compression hose for 2 days. Instant relief when I donned my Mediven knee highs! I'm especially thankful for the silicone band that keeps me from suffering from that awful "rolling cuff" syndrome. Much more comfortable all day long!
Mediven compression, December 13, 2014 By Anonymous (Chehalis, WA)
This is 2nd pair of these I have purchased. Love them! Top doesn't roll because of the silicone and I can wear all day long with great comfort. Thank you!!!
The best, July 5, 2014 By Anonymous
I have been wearing compression hose for years. This brand and style of hose have been an answer to some of my dreams. The silicone top really helps keep the stockings from falling down. The hose make my legs feel sooo much better when I wear them. And they wear well, too.
EXCELLENT ! ! ! !, June 29, 2014 By JB Devereaux (Bossier City, LA)
Recommended by my Lymphedema Therapist who measured me for my correct size. Fit well. Work as needed. Comfortable and excellent value for the price.
Mediven Plus Knee High 30-40 mmHg, November 15, 2013 By Anonymous
As comfortable as they can get. I wear them all day, every day and my feet are not swelling.
Good stocking, August 4, 2013 By Christine Lafferman (Phoenix, AZ)
I needed to wear compression hose after vein surgery. I tried regular style, but they would not stap up. I found these and tried them. They stay up with no problems. The silicone top keeps them in place. They are comfortable to wear all day. I would recommend these for everyone.
