Happy customer, June 19, 2016 By Anonymous (Bellingham, WA)
I had to return the first sleeve I purchased due to the wrong compression (got 20-30 & needed 15-20) I returned the sleeve with no hassle and received the correct one in no time at all, no questions asked. I was really happy with how nice they were about the whole process. I will most definitely be using brightlifedirect again.
Not as good as I anticipated, December 7, 2014 By Anonymous (Middletown, DE)
I tried this sleeve because I have this same sleeve but it has the silicone beads at the top to prevent it from sliding down. The beads leave marks in my upper arm which itch after I take the sleeve off. This sleeve not having the beads I thought would be better. It is not. This sleeve has a smooth top band that tends to roll down and pinch my upper arm.
Jobst Bella Lite (RTW)Armsleeve 15-20 mmHg, November 7, 2014 By Faye (Cottondale, AL)
Very satisfied with my purchase. I had ordered 2 sleeves previously from another company and had to send them both back. It was really just trial and error thing, but finally got one that I can wear.
almost perfect, October 1, 2014 By Anonymous (Morgantown, PA)
I purchased the small long in beige. Finally a sleeve that is long enough and doesn't slide down at the top and ride up at the wrist. Like most beige sleeves, it is not a color that matches very many skin tones, but it is no worse than the others. I have small wrists and this sleeve is pretty loose at the wrist, but it is not a bad fit.
Comfy arm sleeve, September 11, 2014 By Anonymous
Bought for use in air travel (looong flight). Therapist rec is to wear for a while after landing, too. I've worn all day and over one night and very comfortable. Fabric snags a wee bit at wrist cuff.
Why the stitched label?, September 6, 2014 By Anonymous (Mankato, MN)
The sleeve is excellent, but stitching a label into the band of a seamless garment is a bad idea. The band is so wide that it is difficult to hide under a garment in the summer, so now I have to be sure to turn the sleeve so that the ugly stitching doesn't show. It was much better when you stamped the label on. I tried to remove the stitching - impossible.
jobst bella lite armsleeve, December 21, 2013 By JOAN FREED (Laredo, TX)
I think the fabric is a little too light, and seems to give the impression that the compression is lighter as well. does seem to be fine in general. the prices are inflated, as usual.

I've been wearint the Jobst sleeve for about 6 years--however not on a 24/7 basis. Therefore 3 have lasted me all this while but I needed a new one which I'd ordered.I have to tell you that I am not real happy with the "things" added to the top band to--I would guess--assist in keeping the sleeve from moving/slipping. It's an inconvenience--at least for me--as when I want to remove it it was easier to give the sleeve a yank and pull it off versus removing whatever I'm wearing at the time. The 3 I'd previously worn (and will still use) may not look as good as new (and/or have paint on them!) but they still function!Otherwise no complaints. Thanks for the opportunity to comment."Rose"

I received my Jobst Armsleeve's within 2 or 3 days after I placed the order I live in California. I had an Arm Lift and used what the hospital supplied me with I did not like that product it rubbed under my arms ( it was a 1 piece garment). With the armsleeve as soon as put them on I knew I was going to love wearing them. They are really comfortable to wear the material is soft and the silicone band at the top does not slide down. I am really satisfied with my Jobst Armsleeve's definitely worth the money.
