From Jobst... a cotton knit donning glove dipped in latex. This glove allows for better dexterity than some rubber gloves and helps protect your stockings from runs and snags.
We recommend the small for women and the medium for men.

i don't know why other reviews are so negative; after my mother used this the 2nd time she saw her stockings had no bulge and were smooth on her legs; this is a 75 year old lady with a fracture in both hips and she thought they were very helpful to have and use each morning.

No help at all!!!, April 17, 2016 By Anonymous (Sarasota, FL)
These gloves were the equivalent of wearing boxing gloves while trying to thread a needle. After being told that the stockings I bought were of an easier weave and therefor easier to put on, I was surprised with the difficulty encountered. The gloves may end up being used in the garden for weeds.

While the fit is far better then another brand I purchased first, they do not grip as well.

This glove works excellent. It makes putting on your sleeve much easier. It was a good purchase.

Have purchased 2 pair to date. Non-slip grip; easy on-off for my Jobst men's stockings.

These gloves work well. It took a bit of getting use to but they grip nicely. Also, they fit well.

Did not like them at first after using the green ones, but after using them they are much better and last much longer. They grip well.

The Jobst gloves do not work. I am disappointed. I like the pink rubber gloves so much better. They do tear after a while, but I still prefer them over the Jobst.

Not sure yet, but they don't work as well as other gloves I have. I'm a little disappointed.

These gloves work well to make sure support stockings are as high up the leg as possible
Poor grip, January 2, 2014 By Anonymous (Huntsville, AL)
The 'grip' of these gloves reminds me of a used scouring pad. They might be okay for someone who wears 'compression stockings' rated 8-15 or so...but for anything 20-30 or above, forget it. I tried to 'build them up' by using a few times, but there's just nothing there.

I find the Jobst Donning Gloves very helpful in putting on my compression sleeve. It's easier to pull on and I eliminate the risk of snagging and puncturing the sleeve with a fingernail. I have fairly large hands and the S size is perfect.

These really make it easier to put on stockings. You can get a grip on the top of the hose and pull them up with more strength. You don't have to worry about snags on your nails and you can actually smooth and rearrange the stockings while they're on. Well worth the price.

I only wish they come in a larger size. Medium just isn't hardly large enough for a man's hand!

I had heard good and bad from others about the Jobst gloves. I decided to buy them and I am so glad I did! They work great! The rubber (blue) side really grasps ahold of the garments and allows one to easily pull them into place! The people who had not liked the gloves love mine I guess Jobst used to make them with the blue stuff on all sides and they were very uncomfortable to wear. These are not. The white part of the glove wears just like a jerzy glove from the hardware store.I'm considering purchasing a pair for my physical therapist. She loves mine!!!Great product and for the price get a second pair!!!

I think that the gloves are too bulky for easily putting on the stockings as well as the ones I bought this weekend. They are made with the same materials looks as though they could have even been made by the same manufacturer and only cost $1.99. I am so glad that you suggest using gloves. I wouldn't have thought of it and think that I would have already poked a finger through the stocking trying to pull them up.

Even the Small is to large for me. Also the seams in gloves hurt my hands and make them bulky. This is the first Jobst product I don't like. Sorry they just aeren't for my use.

I have just purchased the gloves so I don't know about their durability. The gloves are very easy to put on and have helped with moving the stockings on my legs. I have a size M or L hand but the small fit well. Women with XL hands should be able to wear them comfortably also.
