FarrowWrap 4000 is the easiest alternative compression wrap to put on. The inner elastic sleeve holds the garment in place, while you adjust the four (4) velcro straps. The anatomical design of the garment prevents gaps from forming between each strap, so it's more comfortable and effective.
If you're tired of struggling with bandaging or high compression elastic stockings, FarrowWrap 4000 is the perfect alternative. The short-stretch fabric provides comfortable resting compression, and patented working compression of 30-40mmHg.
Each FarrowWrap 4000 includes one FarrowHybrid I Foot Compression stocking. The Hybrid I provides 20-30mmHg compression to the foot and ankle, and no compression to the leg.
Easy to apply - just 4 velcro straps
Available in tan or black
Includes 1 FarrowHybrid I Foot Compression stocking (in a WIDE Calf Size)
Effective solution to control edema and lymphedema
Velcro closures, September 10, 2016 By Darlene Jones (Forest Lake, MN)
I have used this product for about a year. Am now finding the velco pieces to let go. It is quite upsetting, when you are out and about. I do wish there were pieces to repair them, as the rest of garment is good, and too expensive to just toss. Has anyone else had this problem? have you found a solution?

the FarrowWrap 4000 was recommended by my physical therapist and ordered by my primary MD. BrightLife was the only place that I could find these stockings. They are simple to apply and remove. And has helped with the lymphedema of my legs. I will recommend these to my friends and family.

This is my third legwrap, only because I like to keep a fresh one on hand at all times. I find it very comfortable.
Greater comfort, January 11, 2016 By Anonymous (Chicago, IL)
I first used the original farrow wrap and foot piece which I found uncomfortable. This is much softer and does not leave as many marks on my legs. I noticed someone said they are expensive but they are cheaper than the original Farrow wraps. I have significant edema and if I spend a long day on my feet, I find I have more edema at the end of the day than is desirable. Using the Farrow 4000 with the stocking would work well for moderate edema not major edema. However I find I can wear these most days with the socks if I use shoes that lace up or cover my foot. If I notice to much edema at the end of the day, I go back to the regular Farrow wrap for a day or two to decompress my legs. I usually find I can wear the regular Farrow wrap with the stocking from this wrap so I can still wear regular shoes as long as they cover the foot. Over all this is way more comfortable but I have only used it in cold weather. The inner sleeve adds another layer so I do wonder how warm it will be to wear them in the summer. I think the product would be better if the parts that wrap were an inch of two longer, I find it difficult to get the bottom wrap over to the tab it is supposed to connect too. Because the wraps over lap there are little bumps in some places that I thought woud be uncomfortable but they have not been noticeable. I wish the stocking was available in a toeless version for sandals in the summer.

Do not last long due to the Velcro curling. Very very costly.

Good product, February 5, 2015 By Dean McCartney (Greenacres, FL)
This is my first leg wrap, so I can't compare it to any others. I find it very easy to put on and take off. It is comfortable on leg. Controls swelling very well. I only had it for two weeks, guaranteed for six months. We will see how long it lasts.
