Most compression gloves and gauntlets are heavy and bulky on the hand. The Farrow Microfine Compression Glove is ultra-thin and smooth it's almost like wearing a second skin. Finger length can be trimmed without fraying. Made from polyamide and elastane. Latex free.
Sand is the closest match for Juzo Soft, Varin, and Jobst beige. Copper is the closest match for Mediven sleeves.

Farrow Microfine Compression Glove, July 14, 2015 By Anonymous (Hutchinson, MN)
The glove is fine, easy to get on and off. I do have trouble keeping it clean, washing stains out.
Most Comfortable, March 12, 2015 By Anonymous (IL)
These gloves are definitely the most comfortable for everyday wear. You can even type!
Best Glove I've Found, November 20, 2014 By Anonymous (Charlotte, VT)
This glove is comfortable in every regard, and it controls the swelling in my fingers. It doesn't cause pain in my arthritic thumb or constrict my wrist, and since I can trim the fingers, it doesn't interfere with typing. It also looks good!
Farrow Microfine glove, June 3, 2014 By Anonymous (Arrington, TN)
I love this glove, now have accumulated 5 of them over the year as I could afford. They provide excellent hand and finger compression without adding wrist compression, so there is better control of the hand without the double compression of glove plus sleeve. They are easy to hand wash or toss in a garment bag with regular laundry. They are easy to be active in, unlike the thicker gloves of other brands or custom gloves. They DO get a little pilling after using a lot, but I don't think they look much worse even with that than other gloves.
Compression Glove, April 4, 2014 By Brenda S. Autry (Haughton, LA)
Works well but wants to unravel a bit after I cut the fingers off.
Glove, February 18, 2014 By Anonymous (Winnetka, IL)
The Farrow glove is very comfortable, but I inadvertly got the longer fingered glove which I had to cut to size. I am worried that the seams will unravel and fray. The cuts are not as clean as what was promised.
Farrow micro fine compression glove, November 23, 2013 By Anonymous (Lorena, TX)
Love it! Very comfortable and controls my Lymphedemia as well as other compression gloves.
Very Satisfied, September 27, 2013 By Anonymous (Pekin, IL)
Pleasantly surprised. They are more comfortable than the "custom made" gloves ordered by my doctor at less than 25% of the price. Very comfortable, holding up nicely. Trimmed with no fraying.
SUPER SLEEK!, April 3, 2013 By Anonymous (MA)
The BLK Farrow is almost like a bike shirt of you can picture it ...yet works great to provide both fashion and function. Sizing is tricky. Glove is trimmable. Cut just a tad at a time- once too short, too late.
You will LOVE this highly funcitional light weight glove !

Having to wear compression sleeves and gloves is a pain--------! but this glove makes it seem not to be so bad. Lighter thinner smooth and not bulky. I wear it with the other moderate weight sleeves and it is very comfortable. I do wish they would make a sleeve in this fabric - what a combination that would be!!!

I do like the farrow microfine glove. It is lighter and lets my fingers flex much more easily yet it keeps my fingers from swelling. I especially like the long fingers. It comes to the beginning of my nails. The thumb is always too long so all I have to do is cut about half an inch off and it is perfect. It does not fray either. I give them a thumbs up. Sharon

I like the length of the fingers on the glove and the ease in which it goes on but the compression wasn't as strong as I would have liked. It didn't seem as strong as the sleeve that I have that is the same compression.

Okay my previous glove was a medi 95 and I hated it with the white-hot fire of a thousand suns. It hurt to wear and left ridges in my skin. On top of that it was hideous. So I took a risk after reading rave reviews about Farrow gloves and bought one in black. I LOVE IT! The fabric is smooth and comfortable. It gives great compression without adding a lot of bulk and the black looks a wee bit more like a fashion statement instead of screaming LYMPHEDEMA.I'm planning on buying one in beige next month!

This is a terrific glove. I like the longer finger length a lot - untrimmed they go to the nail bed. I love the material - soft and supple enough that you don't have to work to move like when wearing other gloves and no skin abrasion. Best of all the material provides excellent compression (at least for me). The seams are thin and the overall glove sleek enough that it is even possible to wear winter gloves while wearing the farrow. It would be fantastic if Farrow made a sleeve to matchAbout sizing -- the gloves seem to run big. I found the "small" to be pretty big especially at the wrist. If you wear a small in other gloves you might want to size down or order both the extra small and small and see which works best for you. Surprisingly the copper extra small glove is snugger than the extra small beige glove in the palm and ends of the fingers. The fingers of the beige glove don't taper so they don't provide much compression at the top. Given that the gloves run large I hope Farrow starts making the beige smaller.
