HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
 

At BrightLife Direct you can place your order on our website, by phone, by mail and by fax.
 

To order online, navigate to the product(s) you wish to purchase.  Compression stockings are sorted by Style/Length, Low Price, Brand, Gender, and Compression Level.  Shoes, Lymphedema Products, and Foot Care items are listed separately.
 

Under Other, you'll find compression stocking Accessories like donning aids and washing solutions.  Arthritis Care items, Diabetic Socks, Fashion Socks, Maternity Pantyhose, Anti-Embolism Stockings and Travel Socks.
 

On every product detail page there are product options, like color, size, and quantity.  Once you've selected the color, size, and quantity for a particular item, click the red Add To Cart button at the bottom of the page.  You are now on the shopping cart page.  From here you can checkout, continue to shop, or edit the items you've already placed in your cart.  Remember to click Update Cart whenever you make a change to an item.  You can view the contents of your shopping cart at anytime by clicking the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right corner of any web page.
 

Once you have placed all of the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, click the blue Checkout button to pay with a credit card or PayPal.  Clicking the Google Checkout button further down on the page will take you to Google, where you will pay for your items with your Google Checkout account.
 

Customers who have registered on our website before should check out as a Returning Customer.  New customers have a choice of registering or checking out as a guest.  Registered customers can use Easy Reorder, and review and print past order history.  In addition to receiving sale notices and discount coupons. 
 

There are 3 steps to the checkout process, delivery information, payment information and order confirmation.  If you're unsure which step you are on, check the checkout status bar at the top of the page.  Don't stop until the status bar reads Finished!  We can't process your order unless you click the final green Confirm button.

To order by mail or fax, print a copy of our mail/fax order form.  This form contains our address and fax number.
 

SEARCH TIPS

The Search Box is located in the upper left corner of every website page.  You can search for items by name, catalog number, or product number.  If searching by product number, please enter the number exactly as it's written on the product box for more accurate search results.
 

COMPARE ITEMS

Use the compare items feature on our website to view 2 or more different items side-by-side.  Say you want to purchase a pair of 15-20mmHg ribbed knee highs, but can't decide which brand to buy.  On the product listings page, click the orange Add To Compare button next to each knee high you're interested in.  Then click Compare Items in the left column of the web page.  Each item will appear side-by-side, including cost, description, color chips and a photo.  Compare as many or as few items as you wish.
 

BACK ORDERS

We never want to have to tell a customer an item is on back order.  That's why we have a huge inventory of over 20,000 pairs of stockings.  Our goal is to ship every order within 24 hours.  Most orders ship the same day.  Occasionally, because of unanticipated high demand, a particular size or color maybe out of stock.  If an item is out of stock, we will ship the balance of your order and notify you via email of the back ordered item(s) within 24 hours.  Back ordered items typically ship within 3-5 business days or less.
 

CANCELING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

To cancel or change an order you've already placed, email customerservice@brightlifedirect.com or call 1-877-545-8585 during normal business hours.  Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or changed. 
 

SIZE CHARTS

There are size charts on every product detail page for that specific product.  Look right below the main product image and you'll see Click for Size Chart.  Right below is a tiny image of the size chart for that product.  Click on it, and it will enlarge in a pop-up window.

On most Sigvaris product detail pages, you'll see a link for Sigvaris Sizing Wizard.  Click on the link and a pop-up window will open.  Choose the Sigvaris product you wish to purchase from the drop-down menu, choose inches or centimeters, and click next.  Enter your leg measurements in the appropriate fields and click Get Size>>.  The Wizard will tell you the proper size to purchase... no size chart required!
 

HOW TO MEASURE

Many lower compression stockings are sized based on shoe size for knee highs, height and weight for pantyhose and thigh highs.  Higher compression stockings are sized based on leg measurements.  It is advisable to measure first thing in the morning, especially if your legs swell during the day.

To measure for an arm sleeve you will need to measure your arm in 3 places.  Around your wrist, just below your elbow, and around the upper arm just below the arm pit.  If you are buying a Juzo or Mediven sleeve you will also need to measure the length of your arm.  With your arm slightly bent, measure the outside length from your wrist to the point where you took the upper arm circumference.

To measure for a glove/gauntlet, measure around your wrist and around the palm of your hand.
