USA shipping options are:

typically takes 5-9 business days for processing and delivery
- Standard Shipping - $4.95(pre-selected)
typically takes 3-5 business days for processing and delivery
- FedEx - real-time discounted rates displayed at checkout
We offer a variety of FedEx shipping options: First, Priority, and Standard overnight; 2-day; 3-day Saver, Home/Ground. Prices based on weight and delivery address.
The USA includes Alaska and Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Most orders ship via the US Postal Service. Depending on size, weight, value, or destination certain orders are shipped via FedEx.
All orders are shipped with either a USPS delivery confirmation number or FedEx tracking number.
FEDEX
All FedEx shipments and deliveries are Monday-Friday only, and exclude most federal holidays. FedEx orders received after 2:00PM, ET will ship the next business day. We can often accommodate later shipping times for overnight orders, but this is not guaranteed, and you need to phone our office to confirm. 1-877-545-8585
FedEx prices are real-time discounted rates, based on weight and destination.
CANADA
Most Canadian orders ship via the US Postal Service and Canada Post, unless a FedEx shipping option is selected during checkout.
You must choose a FedEx shipping option for shoes, liquids, and stocking donners. These items cannot be shipped via Standard shipping or World Zone Rate shipping.
Note: Canadian shipments are often subject to duty and Provincial taxes. Duty rates are based on a number of factors (product, country the product was manufactured in, etc.) These fees will be collected by Canada Post prior to delivery. BrightLife Direct has no control over any of the fees charged and CANNOT be responsible for paying them. Shipments to Canada are marked "Medical Compression Hosiery". Canadian shipping options are:

- Standard Shipping - typically takes 10-14 business days for processing and delivery - cost: $4.95 (this is the preselected shipping option)
- FedEx - Express International, International Ground, and SmartPost International - cost: varies

INTERNATIONAL
International shipping is offered via the US Postal Service in conjunction with your local mail carrier, and by FedEx.
You must choose a FedEx shipping option for shoes, liquids, and stocking donners. These items cannot be shipped via World Zone Rate shipping.
World Zone Rate Shipping
This is our least expensive international shipping option. Packages are shipped by the US Postal Service via International First Class Mail. Package tracking is not available. Delivery times vary widely, but typically range from 1-3 weeks depending on destination. Packages may be randomly selected for additional screening by security and/or customs agencies which can add additional time to delivery.
FedEx International
We offer 2 FedEx international shipping options, Economy and Priority. Rates will be displayed during check-out and are real-time discounted rates based on weight and destination. Priority shipments are typically delivered in 3-5 business days, Economy in 5-8 business days. Tracking is available for FedEx international shipments.
NOTE: Shipments sent outside the US and it's territories may incur an import duty, excise tax, VAT or other charges from the government of the destination country. Packages typically won't be delivered until all fees are paid. To find the most up-to-date duty and excise charges, check the web for your county's customs agency. Persons receiving the shipment are legally obliged to pay the duty and VAT. BrightLife Direct, Inc. does not collect any duty or tax on international shipments and cannot be responsible for any of these charges.
All packages returned to us as refused or unclaimed will be refunded, less all shipping charges and a 20% service fee.
Delivery times below are estimates only, not guaranteed. Increased security worldwide can significantly slow the delivery of international packages. Once we ship your package, it is up to the carrier to deliver it to you within their promised time.

Taxes and Tariffs
BrightLife Direct collects a 6.00% sales tax on shipments to the District of Columbia. We do not collect tax on shipments to any other locations. BrightLife will not be responsible for taxes or tariffs incurred on international shipments.
International shipments (all orders shipped out of the USA and its territories) may incur an import tax, tariff, duty or customs charge from the destination country. BrightLife Direct, Inc. CAN NOT be responsible for these charges.
The currency converter on www.brightlifedirect.com is for comparison purposes only. The actual exchange rate you pay will be determined by your bank or credit card company. All transactions are in US Dollars.
