Returns and Exchanges
EASY RETURNS/EXCHANGES
At BrightLife Direct we make returns and exchanges easy. A RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM is included in every package.
To request a return or exchange online, please LOGIN to your account and click VIEW next to the order with the item(s) you wish to return. Remember to write the (RA#) return authorization number on the outside of your package.
If you don't have an account on our website or you placed the order by phone, send us an EMAIL or call 1-877-545-8585 for an (RA#) return authorization number.
30 DAY GUARANTEE
- You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered, per the USPS or FedEx delivery confirmation, to make a return.
- Merchandise MUST be in original packaging.
- If stockings have been worn, they MUST be laundered before returning. (Any stocking you purchase from us is new from the factory).
- Include a RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM with your return.
- Include your phone number - we may need to contact you to properly process your return.
- Shoes should be tested on a carpeted area and will not be refunded if returned in unsellable condition.
HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN
You
can ship your return to us anyway you want to. Shipment tracking is
HIGHLY recommended. If we don't receive your return, we can't process
a refund or exchange. Be sure to print the RA# on the outside of the package.
Exchanges
take 1-2 weeks to process AFTER we've receive your package. If you need an exchange quickly because of upcoming travel or medical
procedure, we recommend you place a new order by phone or on our
website, and return your original order for a refund. Refunds
take 1-2 weeks to process AFTER we receive your return. Orders placed
on the web will receive an email refund confirmation. No notification
is sent for phone order refunds. It can take your credit card company or bank
7-10 business days to post the refund to your account. We don't like
it either.
INCORRECT MERCHANDISE RECEIVED
We check and double check all orders before they ship, but occasionally packing mistakes do happen. If we shipped you the wrong item, please call us at 1-877-545-8585 or email: customerservice@brightlifedirect.com. We will ship you the correct item and a postage paid label for the return of the item sent by mistake.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN
If a product is received damaged or defective, please call us at 1-877-545-8585 or email: customerservice@brightlifedirect.com for instructions on how to return the item.
