Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS - 90 DAYS
We accept returns up to 90 days from the original date of purchase.
Within 30 days of receipt, you may return eligible items for an exchange or refund back to the original form of payment.
Unopened items, sealed in their original packaging may be returned within 31-90 days for a store credit only, valid for one year.
Items that have been tried on, must be washed and dried prior to return. You MUST return the product boxes/packaging with your return.
Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You can request an RA# by phone or email. Returns received without an RA# will take months to process.

Complete a RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM for your return. A Return/Exchange Form is included with every order.
Write the RA# on the outside of your package. This will expedite your return!

A prepaid shipping label can be purchased for $5.95, and will be emailed to you within 24 hours (M-F only). A printer is required. (Prepaid labels can only be used in the US.) If you ship the return yourself, we highly recommend you use a method with tracking and insurance. If we don’t receive your return, we can’t process it. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Your return must be mailed within two (2) weeks of receiving the RA#.
RETURNS MUST BE CLEAN
If items have been worn, they MUST be laundered before returning. We will not accept returns of any items that have been worn but not laundered, smell of smoke, perfume or other pollutants, show signs of wear and tear, or have been torn or damaged in any way that is not a manufacturing defect.
If you return an item for exchange, please allow 1-2 weeks after we receive your package for processing. If you need an exchange quickly, we recommend you place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Refunds take 1-2 weeks to process after we receive your return. It can take your credit card company or bank 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
WRONG ITEM(S) RECEIVED
If we shipped you the wrong item, or if the product is damaged or defective please contact customer service within 30 days so we can correct the problem at our expense. Snags, runs, and holes can develop in any type of hosiery, and are not considered defects.
