Your credit card is processed through Authorize.net's secure servers, and all private information is encrypted. Our website does NOT store any of your credit card information.

The Authorize.net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

UPDATE EMAIL ADDRESS
Updating your email address is a simple 3 step process.
- Login using your current email address and password
- Under My Account click "View or change my account information"
- Enter your new email address and click "Continue"

ORDER HISTORY
If you are registered on BrightLifeDirect.com, you can view and print details of your previous orders. Login to your account with your email address and password. At the top of the page you will see up to 3 of your most recent orders. To see a list of all the orders you've placed, click (show all orders) at the top of the page.
Orders placed by phone or mail, and returns/exchanges are not visible in order history. If you need a copy of an invoice or details about a previous order that is not in your order history, email us at:customerservice@brightlifedirect.com
UPDATE BILLING/SHIPPING ADDRESS
To update your billing and/or shipping address, Login with your email address and password. Under My Account, click "View or change entries in my address book". At the top of the page you will see your primary address. This address is pre-selected as your default billing and shipping address when placing an order.
To update the address, look below under Address Book Entries. Next to each address listed you will see an Edit and Delete button. You can store up to 5 different addresses in your address book. At this time, it is not possible to ship portions of one order to two different addresses on BrightLifeDirect.com.
PASSWORD HELP
If you've forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking here. A new password will be automatically emailed to you. If you don't see the email in your Inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Automated emails are sometimes misdirected.
Passwords are case sensitive, so they must be entered exactly as written. To ensure that the new password you receive is entered properly, try using Copy & Paste. Ones and el's, and oh's and zeros often look very similar.
Once you've logged in with your new password you'll be directed to your account page. Under My Account there's a link to change your password. Passwords can be any combination of letters and numbers with a 5 character minimum.
