New SHORT length Core-Spun compression socks are designed to fit a lower leg length of 16" or less. Getting the right length in a knee-high compression stocking is very important. If the sock is too long, it can roll down and wrinkle, both very uncomfortable. This is the only mild (10-15mmHg) compression sock available in a short length.
Core-Spun support socks look and feel like a soft, comfortable, everyday sock, with the added benefit of graduated compression. Designed for men and women. This compression level energizes tired, aching legs and feet, and improves leg health.
Core-Spun yarns are made by twisting fibers around an inner fiber creating one yarn. Therafirm uses spandex as the core yarn, and either X-Static Silver polyester in the black sock, or CoolMax polyester in white, on the outside. The result is a support sock that is soft, comfortable, really easy to put on, and cool. Made in USA. Black: 74% Polyester, 16% Nylon, 6% Lycra, 4% X-Static. White: 72% CoolMax Plolyester, 22% Nylon, 6% Lycra
Great fit, May 9, 2017 By Anonymous (Glendale, AZ)
Being one of short stature (5'5") finding compression socks that are not too long has been a chore. I purchased some from a local supply store years ago but did not think to keep the packaging or write down the mfgr. We moved out of the area several years ago and the sock are starting to get pretty worn. I have two pair but only need one for my left leg so I have been rotating on a daily basis. I just received two pair of the Core-spun and so far they are living up to expectations. The length is right on the money and I get no bunching or pressure marks.

slides down, April 24, 2017 By Pat (Old Forge, PA)
I am of average weight. The socks slide down constantly. They are a nice soft sock, but no way useful for support. May be OK for someone with wide calf.
Just what I was looking for, March 28, 2017 By George Houser (Wakefield, RI)(Verified)
Before these support socks always caused a painful constriction just below and behind my knee. SHORT is the key, they ride low enough so that doesn't happen.

Calf height measured 16" so they should have fit. However, they did not come up high enough and kept sliding down. Comfortable sock, but not for compression.

Theramirm Core-Spun Short Support Socks 10-15mmHg, February 14, 2017 By Anonymous (Bellevue, WA)
I finally found the perfect sock to fit my petite-size mom. Using the measuring chart was easy and provided the exact type of sock needed. The fit is perfect - both length and amount of support. Thank you!

I have wide calf issues and I am also short. These were perfect! They fit my large-size calf and were the perfect length from the floor to the back of my knee. No bunching, comfortable and good support! Love them!
Disappointed, February 11, 2017 By L (Boca Raton, FL)(Verified)
Do not go by the picture! I did and was disappointed that they came up to my lower part of my calf. My fault, however, I will comment on that the band was very tight and I ordered the correct size, according to the chart. The socks rolled down constantly. Even my dr. said that they do not fit correctly. Returned the 3 paira.
