CircAid's new Arm Reduction Kit is a revolutionary new way to treat lymphedema. Designed for use in the early decongestive phase of treatment, the Reduction Kit replaces traditional bandaging and wrapping. This gives you the patient, the freedom to maintain a normal lifestyle without constant trips to the clinic for wrapping. You can easily remove the Arm Reduction Kit before bathing, and easily put it back on so you don't loose any of the reduction you've gained.
The Built-In-Tension System allows you to make small adjustments to the garment as your arm reduces. After significant reductions, your therapist or clinic can adjust or customize the Reduction Kit.
Each Arm Reduction Kit includes:
1 reduction arm component
1 pair arm undersleeves
1 reduction hand wrap
1 Built-In-Tension system guide card
1 paper measuring tape
1 directions for use
NOTE: The initial sizing and customization of the Arm Reduction Kit MUST be done by a certified therapist or clinic. If the palm circumference (cB) is greater than 25cm, the hand wrap will not fit, but the arm component may still be used.

Wonderful Service, March 10, 2016 By Shirley Klinger (Roanoke, VA)
My PT recommended the Circaid Reduction Kit and gave me several companies to order from. I chose BrightLife and am totally pleased with the product and the service. My PT couldn't believe that I received the product in three days. Thank you.
What A Pleasure, February 28, 2016 By Anonymous (Pewaukee, WI)
I was so pleasantly surprised to put the arm compression on at bed time in such a short time. I was spending 1/2 hour plus wrapping my arm each night on this garment in less than 5 min.. I had been wrapping my arm each night and it took more than 1/2 hour.
CircAidReduction Kit for Arm, October 16, 2015 By Anonymous (Richmond, VA)
I have almost full-body lymphedema and having someone trained to do wraps was difficult at times. My main concern was my right arm, where the upper arm is substantially larger than the lower arm. My Therapist saw this and the sizes offered and for me, with a larger upper arm but short arm, she was able to fit it to me exactly. Since then it has been easy for my caregiver to help me put it on and when I am alone I am able to adjust as needed. Fabrics are soft and comfortable to wear. An absolutely great buy.

This is a great product and a great value it comes with the hand piece as well as two very nice cotton liner sleeves. It is very comfortable to wear. The only downside is that Lymphedema affects my right arm and I definitely need help putting it on.

I've had this product 5 months. It has been a tremendous tool in assisting me to reduce the swelling in my arm. Nothing has worked as well in the past
