Meet The "Swing" our best-selling Italian cotton sock now available for men and women. The ultra-soft Italian cotton sock is lightly ribbed relatively thin and can be worn as either a casual or dress sock. There is a 1.25" non-restrictive top band to keep socks from sliding down plus a reinforced toe and heel for durability.
This stocking provides 15-20mmHg of gradient compression to help improve blood flow, prevent minor ankle, leg, and foot swelling, and reduce the discomfort caused by minor varicose or spider veins. Ideal for wearing on long flights or automobile trips, and for people who spend time on their feet. Made from 67% cotton, 27% nylon, and 6% spandex in Italy.
Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent. Blot with a towel to remove excess water and hang to dry. Do not use bleach Woolite or fabric softeners. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry.

The Allegro Swing Cotton Sock has become my everyday go-to sock. It fits well and is comfortable and long-lasting. I especially appreciate the toe construction- a fitted appearance still with plenty of toe room. Also the top band does not bind and the socks do not slide down. Ordered the Allegro Swing Compression Socks for my Dad at the recommendation of his cardiologist because he was having severe swelling in both legs particularly his left. My Dad didn't think he was going to like the socks but to our surprise he really likes them. The swelling has improved by at least 90% he says that they are comfortable and he says they make his legs feel so much better. Great socks!

These are great socks. I've worn them for years. They hold up well after repeated washings. I like the cotton fabric and the thickness of the material is fine for about any shoe. They tend to run a little small and I order a size up. I'm female and wear an 8 1/2 shoe and wear a size 3 comfortably in these socks. I tried a size 2 and they were just too short on my toes. Order the right size and you'll be very happy with these socks.

They are a fabulous pair of socks I work a lot standing/walking 8 hrs a day and they really help my legs feel good and help with circulation. I gave a pair to my friend who also works on her feet 12hrs/day and was her first pair of compression hose to wear. She was so glad to have them and her feet/leg/ankles had no swelling at the end of her shift
