The hosiery and fabric mills located in the foothills of the Italian Alps are world renown for luxury and quality. Our Italian Cotton Socks are crafted at a prestigious family-run mill known for its meticulous attention to detail and use of only the finest fibers. The medical grade compression is caressing rather than squeezing and the long staple cotton ensures a soft and smooth hand with durability. This sock is available in three compression levels, 15-20, 20-25, and 25-30mmHg. The hosiery mill is relatively small and BrightLife Direct has been chosen as the exclusive dealer in the United States.
Italian Cotton Support Socks provide 15-20mmHg of gradient compression to help improve blood flow, prevent minor ankle, leg, and foot swelling, and reduce the discomfort caused by minor varicose or spider veins. Ideal for wearing on long flights or automobile trips and for people who spend time on their feet.
Made from 67% cotton, 27% nylon, and 6% spandex in Italy.
Super soft ribbed “no shrink” Italian cotton
Reinforced heel and toe for durability
Non-binding 1.25” top band keeps socks in place all day

preserve compression lifespan, we recommend you hang dry your socks. Do
not use bleach, Woolite or fabric softeners. Do not iron. Do not
tumble dry. Do not dry clean or iron.

Comfortable and Long Lasting, February 16, 2017 By Anonymous (Garden Grove, CA)
I have worn Allegro products for years and I love the fit, the comfort and how long they last. They keep their shape wash after wash. Love them!
Best socks Ever!!, February 15, 2017 By Anonymous (Pueblo, CO)(Verified)
I have been ordering these socks for 4 years now. I wear them every day, both at work or at home. Never been disappointed!
Nice Socks!, February 9, 2017 By Anonymous (Kodiak, AK)(Verified)
I like the basic black Italian Cotton Knee highs because they are opaque so the color is consistent through out the sock. The price is affordable and they are thin enough to be comfortable in my boots. They aren't too warm when it's hot or too cold when it's cooler.
Socks, February 1, 2017 By Anonymous (Fairfield)
Socks came in a timely manner. This was my second order for my dad who liked the comfort of the sock.
Allegro Premium, January 31, 2017 By Anonymous (Bensenville, IL)(Verified)
I ordered once to try a couple out and ended up ordering two more of Allegro Premium #112. I am delighted that these have some cotton...since nylon was damaging my feet. Thank you
Great socks, January 18, 2017 By Anonymous (Fairfield, CA)
I bought these for my dad and he was very happy with the compression level. It was easy enough for him to put on and take off. I ended up buying home another pair.
Couldn't believe how good they make my legs feel, January 5, 2017 By Anonymous (Marble Hill, MO)
I always thought support stockings were for older people but I couldn't believe how well these fit and how good they made my legs feel
Best compression socks ever, January 4, 2017 By Anonymous (Chapala)(Verified)
I have been wearing these socks for a month, and I owe you a review. They are WONDERFUL. I have worn compression socks on and off for years. Usually I wear the awful things only as long as I absolutely have to and quit. I have always before worn the fancy name brand socks that made my feet itch with the band covered with little rubber dots that make my skin break out. The Allegro cotton socks are comfortable - I wear them for 12+ hours a day rather than 5 or 6 hours. They don't pinch, they fit smoothly on my leg and I love the slightly looser toes. In short, I can see myself wearing these the rest of my life.
With the previous socks, the swelling was gone but the redness remained. Now, after a month, the redness is rapidly fading, my veins are healing and my doctor is most impressed.
Disapointing !, December 9, 2016 By Susan Kepner (York, ME)
These socks must run small as they did not reach my knee. They are too tight in the foot/toe area, and too thin.
Italian Cotton Knee Highs 15-20mmhg - # 112, November 18, 2016 By Anonymous (Bethesda, MD)(Verified)

Wife's favorites, October 19, 2016 By Anonymous (Las Vegas, NV)(Verified)
Second or third time we've ordered; they last for years. I made the mistake of ordering open toe(my preference) and then reminded by wife that she only uses closed. I telephoned and Jocelyn changed the order manually for me. Something many companies wouldn't do. Fast, courteous, reasonable. The best!
Italian Cotton Knee Highs, September 28, 2016 By Jo A Rose (Fort Atkinson, WI)
comfortable, slip somewhat around the ankle, maybe should try smaller size.
Just Right, August 4, 2016 By Judith K Larka (Fresno, CA)
Not too Heavy, Not too Light, But Just Right!
This was my second order...works wonderfully on Mother Earth and especially for long flights. Fabric is fantastic on my sensitive skin.
Most Comfortable, July 5, 2016 By K Johnson (Polson, MT)
I have skin allergies and have been fighting neuropathy after an injury on my right leg. These knee highs do not cause a red reaction. They are very comfortable and stay up well. The sizing is as stated, a good thing, since I have wide calves, but a small foot. I love these. The only thing I don't like is they are warm in the summer.
Great support socks, June 10, 2016 By Joseph Borg (NewYork City)
Stand all day for a living , Doctor suggested I use socks for support due to pressure in veins, helps a lot. very soft and easy to put on. love it.
cotton knee highs allegro premium, June 7, 2016 By Anonymous (Brooklyn, NY)
I like the knee highs, but I wish they had more room in the ankles for people with extra large calfs and ankles.
cotton knee highs allegro premium, May 27, 2016 By Anonymous (Brooklyn, NY)
Compression adequate for me they was a little tight around the ankles. But otherwise I just like them. Ordered two more pairs.
Nice sock for work, May 1, 2016 By Anonymous (Burdett, NY)
I teach so I am on my feet much of the day and these socks help to control swelling and aches in my legs. Nice material and good fit. By the end of the day the band at the top cuts into my leg a bit. Black color is good. I wash mine inside out in a laundry bag on gentle cycle to help retain the color and not pick up any lint from the rest of the clothes, and I air dry them on a drying rack. The Allegro brand is the best for your money.
Correct Size, April 29, 2016 By Anonymous (Plano, TX)
I like these socks for their fit, style, and lack of itching. The most important is they keep my feet, ankles, and legs from swelling.
Allegro Italian Cotten Knee Highs, April 26, 2016 By Anonymous (Placentia, CA)
I ordered two pair; one in brown and one in navy. I am very happy with the product. They are just the right thickness to wear as trouser socks. I will definitely buy again.
