Rumba 20-30mmHg microfiber compression knee high with an open toe and heel. Ideal for warm weather and for individuals who suffer from heel and/or toe pain. Soft smooth microfiber fabric makes it easy to wear a non-compression stocking on top. Soft top-band is 1.5" wide. Made in USA.
Machine wash in warm water on gentle cycle using a mild detergent. To preserve compression lifespan we recommend hand dry. Do not bleach dry clean or iron.

the hose fit well, the open heel becomes painful at the end of the day

Much better than closed toes and heels
SO FAR SO GOOD, March 1, 2017 By Anonymous (Parkersburg, WV)(Verified)
I've worn these with capri pants a few times as it has been warmer on some days (I wear sandals with straps over the ball of the foot, and around the back of the ankle) and no one has noticed unless I point them out. They feel good so far!

Do not fit well., June 27, 2016 By Anonymous (Knoxville, TN)
Like some other customers of this product, the open heel dug in and was very uncomfortable from the moment I put these hose on. I wore them about 15 minutes and had to take them off because they were making my heels swell up.
The nylon at the toes also did not stay in place. It rode half way up the top of my foot before it stopped. They are going back.

Am very, very happy with your company. The stockings are excellent, the price is fantastic and the free shipping seals the deal.
Not happy, September 30, 2014 By Anonymous (Houston, TX)
The open heel is not a good idea. I tried this ones because there wasn't any closed heel version. I have to take them out after 2 hrs. wearing them. The seam puts a lot of preassure on my feet. On the other hand I am happy with the texture and the quality of socks.
Cutting edge....open heel on knee high, February 20, 2014 By Anonymous (Cleveland, MN)
The support of these feel good, but the open heel edge that goes under my feet really 'cuts in' by the end of the day...which makes them uncomfortable. I am 99% sure that I am wearing the correct size.
Great hose, December 19, 2013 By Anonymous
The open toe/heel compression hose was really great but my dads ankles were pinched by the open heel and the pain was great so I returned them for ones with only open toes.

They're great. They're doing a great job.
open toe/heel review, July 30, 2013 By Anonymous (Covington, VA)
pretty good product, but a little more nylon-y than I'd like. I'd rather have a more breathable product, but overall, this is a good product.
good sock, July 30, 2013 By April (piedmont, SD)
I really liked these socks for the 1st half of each day I wore them. I have a lot of swelling and ended up with painful swelling in the heel opening each time I wore them. They are also a bit long so the tops bunched right at the knee which was also painful about halfway through the day. If you don't have a problem with swelling and are on the tall side then these would probably be a nice sock for you. If you need a little shorter sock with the heel intact then I would suggest Allegro sock #19.
Really liked these., June 24, 2013 By Anonymous (Little Rock, AR)
Fit very well and comfortably. A little long on my shorter legs, but it didn't impact my quality or comfort, just something to keep in mind if you're on the short side. Toe hole comes just over my smallest toe, but doesn't rub. Happily, I could not feel the seam at the heel. I'm glad I bought these, and I feel like I got a good deal.

The heel cutout cut…, August 11, 2011 By Anonymous (Warren, RI)
The heel cutout cut into the bottom of my arch. I have very narrow thin feet so it was not due the knee high being too small. The actual leg compression was good and comfortable.

As usual your service is great! I really like the microfibre fabric in this knee high and the fit is good however the cut out parts dig in to my heels so am constantly trying to adjust them so they will be more comfortable. I would love to have the same fabric in a knee high with an open or closed toe.
Great summer stockin…, July 23, 2011 By Anonymous (Bethesda, MD)
Great summer stocking. I like to wear sandals in the summer and with these it works okay. They are very thin and the color isn't too noticeable. They are slippery compared with Allegro cotton hose and that makes them quite a bit harder to put on.I find the top rear of the heel cutout digs into my achillies a little bit but that's the only fit/comfort issue I have with them and it's very minor.I recommend these highly for summer wear.
