Customers have been asking for a moderate compression, open toe cotton sock for years. Now, the same family-run mill that makes our very popular Italian Cotton Socks has made us an open toe version. Crafted with the same meticulous attention to detail, and knit from the finest cotton fibers, to provide you with the most comfortable graduated compression.
Italian Open Toe Cotton Support Socks provide 15-20mmHg of gradient compression to help improve blood flow, prevent minor ankle, leg, and foot swelling, and reduce the discomfort caused by minor varicose or spider veins. Ideal for wearing with open toe shoes, flip-flops, and for individuals with sensitive toes.
Note: This sock runs a little long. Fits lower length of 16" or longer.
Made from 65% cotton, 29% nylon, and 6% spandex in Italy
Super soft ribbed “no shrink” Italian cotton

I have tried countless brands and styles of compression hose but only the largest size of this compression stocking fits my extremely long narrow foot. It is then big in the ankle and extremely/painfully tight in the calf. There is nothing average about the size of my feet and legs. I discovered that I could put in 2 gussets of stretchy material in the calf that allowed me to wear them with far less pain. They seem to get longer during wear and I do have to pull them up several times during the day to prevent the compression from shrinking down into the ankle area and causing very deep painful creases. Adding a full calf option would be a wonderful addition.

I have been using compression socks for more than a year and these are the most comfortable of all the brands that I personally have tested. I haven't used this brand for long enough to get a durability test but the quality doesn't seem as good as others. I will update this when I know more.
