Allegro Ladies Trouser sock is dressy lightweight and ribbed. It has a non-binding top-band so the socks stay up and features a “comfort” heel and balloon toe. The different colors fit differently. they all create a crease at the ankles that cut off the fluid distribution. The navy pair have a shorter foot that pulls on your toes. The sand colored ones are extremely hard to put on. the ribs are more pronounced.

The Trouser Socks were purchased for my 97 year old mother. The socks were a little long in the leg so the band rolled slightly on the back side of her leg. At the same time we ordered the trouser socks we ordered the Allegro knee high sock with the 20-10 mmHg which she liked better so we returned the trouser sock and ordered more knee high which she says are very comfortable and the band stays flat and smooth.

I am 8 months pregnant and when my feet and ankles started to swell these were recommended to me. I received them within 2-3 days! They are quite difficult to get on by yourself because they are so tight but that is a good thing!! I wear them when I get home from work and then all through the night. I wake up with MUCH less swollen feet. They would probably work even better if I wore them all day long. The only thing is I wish there was more compression down by the toes.

I bought them for my sister and I never saw them myself. I had my friend bring them back to China and it's long passed the 30-day return/exchange period before my sister got them. According to her they are very thin and the presure seems less than those labled 15-20mmHg which I bought her a few years ago. The size is a little small for her foot though. I had some discussion with Pete while I was placing the order. He suggested medium which would probably be perfect for her shoe size; however what would have come with that is maybe even less presure or say feeling less presure. My sister said since only one of her legs has the problem she can wear these socks on the other leg for preventive purposes. Overall I've had a very good experience with BrightLife and will continue doing business with you.
