The Allegro Athletic sock for men and women provides 15-20mmHg of graduated compression. This sock is extremely soft and comfortable. These are somewhat improved compared with the same item purchased a year ago. They are softer more comfortable than the last ones. The support level is just as good. These are far superior to the support socks I purchased at the drug store.

These socks are very easy to put on and comparable in height to a knee sock. They are warm enough to wear without shoes in the house but not too warm with shoes on inside. They stay up on my leg and do a great job at controlling minor swelling. They are very comfortable and I wash them in the washer and dry in the dryer with no bad effects.

The ones I just ordered for my son were not used and returned. However I bought these for myself a few years ago--the sizing was different so I have a Med and Large.I would use these for tennis in off-summer weather but the padding as such isn't enough cushioning. Otherwise a good weight. The mild compression is still durable and they are comfortable to wear. However the fabric blend has "pitted" on the surface and the color turned off-white so they are not as presentable as when new. I would love to find another sports/graduated compression/ knee-high!

I received the socks yesterday in the mail and wore them to work for my evening shift in the operating room.They were awesome. My legs felt great--my feet weren't hot and sweaty @ 2300 when my shift was done.There was lots of room in the socks for my toes and the socks did not slide down once.I would certainly buy more of the Allegro support sock.Thank youShelley

The padding is great the material is comfortable on hot summer days. The only drawback these have for me is they don't stay up as well as the Jig socks I purchased at the same time. Nevertheless the second finest pair of socks I've ever bought!

I have had several bouts with phlebitis over the past 15 years and I have tried a variety of compression stockings. This stocking is the best for me. While other stockings can manage ankles that are not swollen in my case they don't do it with the ease of use and high degree of comfort of this stocking. This stocking was recommended to me by my heart specialist who also states that he uses them himself.

I love these socks. They really do support and the swelling in my legs disappeared. I stand for 9 hours a day and they were comfortable and easy to get on. I purchased these socks for nursing school clinicals. I wasn't sure if these would be the right choice and I also needed help with the sizing so I called and the man I talked to was very helpful. He recommended these over the trouser socks because they would stand up to walking better and be more comfortable to stand on. He also helped me pick the right size and they fit perfectly. Shipping was amazing-I got them in three days! Also they work very well for what I needed. Without them I was having knee and back pain after only a couple hours on the floor. They are really comfortable. I feel like I am wearing cotton socks. My feet get pretty toast when wearing them with sneakers but that's really not a complaint when you have poor circulation. There's just enough pressure to relieve the aches from the varicose vein in my calf.

We have purchased now purchased six pairs for of which my Wife and I use and 2 pairs were given to my son.The fabric used to make this product is excellent and the workmanship well made.They are confortable to use and helps ease the pain doing our regular chores.In my case I found it a great help for my right leg which suffered stroke damage and caused a bad limp. I purchased these socks on my own to try to help alleviate swelling when I travel long distances. Since I am plus size I was worried about these fitting my calves. I spoke to Scott on the phone for a few minutes and he suggested that I might try these and I took a chance. I received them yesterday and to my amazement they fit without cutting into my leg. I am only 5'4" but have 19 1/4 inch calves. I bought these in a large and they fit! They are snug but they are suppose to be. I wore them to work today and far they feel great. They aren't pulling in the toe area or rolling down etc. So far so good. I think I will definitely be ordering a second pair.
