I find the Sigvaris 120 15-20mmg thigh High stockings the best compression stocking I have ever worn. I have been wearing support hose all my life. I do suggest one wear gloves to don them correctly. I am very careful not to wear bracelets which can easily cause snags. Brightlife offers a far better (cheaper) price than our local Medical Supply. I have used Sigvaris Support (120 Sheer 15-20MMHG) for the past 2 and 3 years. I feel the quality is excellent. I am also satisfied as to their durability. I do note their size can differ at times, perhaps due to the actual manufacturing process. The silicone band makes these support stockings even better..

The stockings seem absolutely fantastic and are the closest look to regular nylons I have seen. They are also very soft and comfortable. The issue is I think that they may be a little too thin. I have purchased 2 pairs and both pairs have torn after the second time of being worn. I have been wearing compression stockings for many years now and have not had this problem with any other brand. So, while I like the stockings...I would never buy this brand again, because I can't afford to be continuously replacing them..
