I purchased these thigh high's for traveling. They are my first pair of thigh high support hose as I usually wear knee highs during long plane trips and car drives. I wear SL. I have worn these support hose one time and was surprised (and a little concerned) that they will stay "up" at my thigh. The diameter of the hose from just above the ankle seem larger than the knee high hose. I will keep them as I don't have much of a choice in smaller sizes. The bright life direct customer service representative suggested that I try "It Stays" which is a water soluble skin glue. I just want to have good support and not have them fall when walking around the airport or a city!!.

Love my sigvaris truly transparent thigh high in off black. Really helpful when standing for 8 hours! They look great and very durable. Shipping was fast too!.

Very very comfortable despite being a thigh high. The only thing I would change is a bit thicker compression on the foot as some of us suffer from edema which stems more from that area. But all in all it still does a decent job on controlling the edema. RECOMMENDED.

I have worn them for over a week and I do like them. My legs feel better and also my feet. I do find they stretch a little and the tops sometimes ride down. Defenitely better than panty hose anyday..
