These Sigvaris, in the long size, fit me better than the Jobst (115412). They have more room in the foot and ankle. With the Jobst I had to cut the toes off due to pain in my toenails from their shortness and toe bunching in the balls of my feet inflaming the neuromas in my feet. I wear shoe size 9.5EE.
The cotton makes these a tad warmer and more comfortable, especially toward the end of the day..
