This was my first purchase of the Sigvaris product. To date I am very pleased with the purchase. Pros: they are very sturdy, in fact so sturdy that my fingernail went through my glove while donning these and not through the hose! They really make a difference, at the end of a 10-12 hours shift my legs feel energized and I've noticed less pain in my feet. Love the toe-less option and the hose are actually comfortable to wear. Cons: they cannot be worn alone, too granny like in color, they tend to sag a little as the day wears on, but not bothersome enough to earn a bad ranking. Expensive, but so far worth the price. BrightLife is awesome - product exactly as ordered and lightening fast shipping!
