I bought the Sigvaris 30-40 surgical weight because they were on sale, and I wanted to see if there was a difference between that named brand, and the site's Allegro brand. I am sure that the Sigvaris stockings are fine for some legs, but they didn't work for mine. They fit one leg perfectly, but pinched and bunched on the affected leg no matter how I manuevered the stocking. I gotta say I wasn't impressed, and the difference in cost, even with the sale, was not justified in my mind..
