The product is generally good. Although, I had 2 pairs tear the first time I tried putting them on and that has never happened before. The socks seem slightly thinner than they have been in the past like the manufacturer is cutting corners on the quality. My biggest complaint however is sending the socks requiring a signature. Brightlife never mentions this or lists it anywhere on their website. I don't buy socks that frequently so it is really, really annoying when I have to scramble to arrange to get the package delivered when I am home or my wife or having it held and I have to go and make a special trip. Mentioning this up front to all customers I would think would be a top priority. Don't take for granted that customers know this. Be proactive, the socks are outrageously priced to begin with and then having to do extra work really makes for an unpleasant buying experience..
