Got my order in 2 shipments, and I was notified of shipping status along the way. I was please to see the business card of the individual who packed my order.
1 thing to possibly improve on, was making sure I was aware the order was going to be shipped as 2 shipments.
I received the 1st package, and did not notice it was only for half my order.
I also appreciate the opportunity to choose different products, and save a couple of dollars.
Now if the next time I log in and need to order if "BrightLife" could remind me what style and size I need to re-order.
