The price is good compared with buying locally and the service is good from this company. I wish these stocking wore better though. It seems that over the years the quality has gone down. They wear out faster and especially in the heels. I buy three pairs at a time and in a couple months they start to wear out. Also, the silicone band doesn't seem as firm as they used to be. All that said, they are better than other brands I have tried..

Your service is good. One pair is being washing while I wear the other. However, I should have called. You could have advised me about the change in color. I ordered this model 28104 before but color seems to be darker. The color os stockings is not beige. It is mild chocolate. Stocking color is slightly dark for Caucasian user..

I ordered the knee highs just before I went to the hospital for knee replacement surgery. They came the day of surgery, which was within 5 days of my order. Great timing! However, I found that I didn't need them after all. My doctor told me that it was not necessary to wear them....so I returned them. Now, I was pleasantly surprised that even though I had opened the product, I was able to return them and have my account credited. The service was wonderful. Great company to deal with. I would certainly purchase from BrightLife Direct again..
