Nice but over-priced for what they are. Way too wide for me so unfortunately had to send them back.

I ordered them in 2 colors. One pair was too wide, the other fit well. The first couple of days I got cramps in my legs from them, but that has subsided. I like the arch support, but I wish the foot bed was a little softer. They'd be more comfortable that way. I don't think I'll be doing any serious walking in them as I had hoped, they just don't have the comfort factor for that, but they're fine for around the house..

I bought my first pair of Orthoheel flip flops (Kinetics) out of sheer desperation. Having rheumatoid arthritis and a history of 3 operations on my feet, I was in constant pain whenever on my feet. Within a matter of days I was relatively pain-free! I wore those shoes every day for a year; I even bought some Japanese tabi socks so that I could wear the flip flops indoors during the Michigan winter.
Over the past few months the flip flops seemed to lose their support; my foot, ankle and knee pain returned. So I ordered a pair of Tide flip flops. Again, I am relatively pain-free after one week in these shoes. Their arch support and pronation control are wonderful!
I hope that the therapeutic benefit of these tide flip flops lasts more than one year. Even if they don't, I figure that $.17 a day is a small price to pay for shoes that enable me to walk again..

I had my bunion operated on and the doctor recommened orthaheel insoles and said to wear then 80% of the time. Sorry not in hot weather so when I saw the Tide flip flops by orthaheel and in teal which I have been looking for I ordered a pair right away. Now I need to order in different colors. The Tide Flip flop has the best support for your arch of any I have worn. The heel cup keeps my feet in place..

I have been suffering with heel pain for about a year now. I saw an Orthopod who wanted me to get $300 orthotics. I couldn't afford it, so I got some "chep" $40 inserts. They didn't help. The pain was getting worse and worse. I am a HUGE fan of flip-flops and wear them for as much of the year as I can - even in light snow. When I saw the Orthaheel Flip Flops I figured they were worth a try.
The minute I put them on I fel the pain ease up! It's not 100% gone, but in the past 2 weeks I've been wearing them, it is improving more and more. I LOVE them! I am thinking about ordering the Orthaheel tennis shoes next! I highly recommend the Tide Flips! They have made a HUGE difference!.
