Your sales person Scott Odgen reversed the potential bad experience to an excellent service. First, he turned the out-of-stock item to the back order. Second, he corrected the wrong shipping with extra effort. With his kind service, I'll keep on shopping Bright Life Direct..

I've been wearing mine for almost a year! It took about a week of wearing them for an hour at a time, gradually increasing the time over a few days before they were really comfortable. I have had plantar fasciitis for years, and these make my feet feel so much better! I wear them around the house most of the day..

No idea how I like the shoe as I have not received my order yet and have no idea when I will receive it.
Not too impressed with the order process this time around. I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes in the summer and they were received very quickly. When placing my order this time, I was not informed until after the order was placed that it could take 2-4 weeks and that I would not be able to track my order, and that I might have to pay additional fees! This should be spelled out on your order screen, not just sent to the customer after the order is placed. If I had known this, I probably would have had them ship Fedex or by some other guaranteed method..

These sandals are excellent! I have plantar fasciits, and I bought a pair of the Orthaheel Flip-Flops some months ago. They work great - as long as I wear them for about an hour a day, I no longer get any foot pain. I bought these sandals so that I would have something similar to wear in the winter, with socks. They have the same type of footbed, and they work just as well as the flip-flops. As the previous reviewer stated, they are uncomfortable at first, because of the high arch, but that's because they are realigning your feet into the correct position. That's what fixes the plantar fasciitis, so it's important to gradually increase your time spent wearing them until the feet are in proper alignment, and then they feel very comfortable. I was grateful for the previous reviewer pointing out that they do tend to be large. Based on her recommendation, I ordered a size smaller than my normal shoe size and they fit perfectly..

My order arrived in a couple of days, even with the free super saver shipping. this was a nice little bonus.
The slides seem to be of good qualilty materials, and are well made. the adjustable wrap closure accomodates varying foot widths, especially as feet tend to swell during the day.
I ordered the shoe size that I normally wear. It was a size too large, therefore I would recommend ordering one size smaller.
I have had plantar fasciitis, and both of my feet tend to pronate inward. I've been wearing custom orthotics from the podiatrist for several years. I was hoping to find an adjustable slide like this to wear around the house, that would provide arch support.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to wear these slides. The arch was much higher than my custom orthotics, forcing my foot to roll outward; very uncomfortable. I returned them, and will have to keep searching for another slide like this..
