I am very pleased with the armsleeve I ordered. The fit was great and excellent 20-30mmHg. I have found that price in no way guarantees quality with these sleeves. I paid $68 for the first sleeve from a different company a year ago and the sleeve never felt quite right. This new sleeve is comfortable for sleeping in too as my Dr recommended. If you order one, select the one with the gauntlet----no hand swelling with that type. I would have no problem recommending this product and this web site to other mastectomy patients. As far as the free shipping----I placed my order on a Friday and it arrived in my box on a Wed. I fully expected 7-10 days waiting and was greatful I didn't have to..
