I have Lymphedema and need to wear the compression stocking all time. I purchased a much highter priced brand at first and they are softer but get too tight at the toes and I have to keep pulling them so they don't hurt my toes. These have plenty room at the foot and I don't have that problem. The only problem I have is they rub the back of my heel and cause it to get sore. This has only happened after I gained unwanted weight and that may be the reason they are doing that because they were fine before the weight gain. I will continue to purchase these..

I have varicose veins which make it very painful to have to be on my feet all day. Allegro surgical pantyhose are so comfortable I even exercise and get through the day virtually pain free. I am a satisfied customer!.

I can't say enough about these support pantyhose. They are the best buy you'll find. They run long in the leg, so if you're long waisted (short stride) try going down one size. It's very important for support pantyhose to fit properly from the foot to the crotch so that they won't pull down during the day. The foot fit is great also;plenty of room so that the top of the foot hose can be loosened to prevent pulling on the toes and still have a good heel fit. Try them, you won't be sorry..

wounderful to wear i'm on my legs 12 to 14 hr. a shift and have alot leg problems wounderful and easy to wear once on my only complaint is i canot buy them with a fly in them and really last for the money great buy.

Last yr, on the advice of my electro physiologist, I purchaed two very expensive pairs of compression stockings to help combat POTS, a dysautonomic disorder that allows my blood to pool to my calves immediately upon standing, making me weak and likely to faint. They didn't work for me at all. Recently, she encouraged me to try again,suggesting I try a pair of Allegro (different brand)in a different size; because of the balloon toe, I was able to buy the proper fit. At 25% of the cost of the more expensive ones, I had a total transformation...I was able to stand longer and walk further. I never thought I'd be able to make a total walkthrough of the grocery store ever again, but yesterday wearing the Allegros, I did! My husband said, buy a few more of those "things"...and that's exactly what I did. Well worth the money and unbelievable results! If you've tried other brands, and they didn't work, please try the Allegro before giving up. Rating isn't merely "good," it's excellent..
