The Orthaheel Regular insert is now called Relief.  This 3/4 length model features a cut-away on the outside edge for an easy fit in most mens footwear and womens flat or low-heeled footwear.  Supports the foot around its neutral position via a 4 degree built-in rearfoot varus angle and correctly aligns the metatarsals.  Shock-absorption with a shock dot in the center of the heel, plus a comfortable odour-eating, anti-bacterial soft cover.  Effective relief from heel pain, knee pain, and aching legs and many common foot problems.
