Woven with the resilient Medisilk fiber, this soft and breathable sock wicks away moisture for a drier, cooler feeling. Medi Active are extremely soft and comfortable. This stocking provides 30-40mmHg of gradient compression and should be worn under a doctor’s supervision. This level helps relieve severe varicosities, severe edema (swelling), and chronic venous insufficiency. It helps during healing after surgical and sclerotherapy procedures and helps prevent venous ulcerations. Woven from 61% nylon and 39% spandex in the USA.
