I previously used Mediven Active which I thought were really well made and held the compression well and I ordered nothing else. Unfortunately, I don't think the Mediven for Men are as well made-- they are sheerer in construction and harder to get on and seem more delicate. Each sock is marked left or right and this is more of a nuisance than help. An almost new left just ripped putting it on-- now the other one is pretty much useless. I think I will be switching to Jobst or Juzo..
