Mediven recently changed its men's dress sock. The old one was better. It was a ribbed knee length sock with more substance and feel to it than the new one. The only improvement to the new one is that it has L and R sewn over the sock, and the toe part is more oriented to the right or left foot. However, the quality of the sock material has gone downhill, it is much thinner and flimsier. The ribbing is gone, and i sincerely doubt the compression is as strong or will last as long as the former mens dress sock.
