Mediven Elegance are definitely my choice in compression stockings. I prefer the Mediven brand and have tried both Radiance and Sheer and Soft. The single reason I think Elegance are the best is the band at the top of the stockings, by far the most secure and comfortable to wear and last longer. The dot or zig zag bands on the other stockings give way and allow legs to bulge at the top..
