After struggling for a year wearing Juzo knee high compression stockings trying to keep them up (this due to being overweight and swelling) I became alergic to adhesive tape.) After reading a review for the Juzo with the silicone dots I decided to try them and am so thankful that I did for they stay in place all day long. I will continue to purchase the Juzo Dynamic (Varin) 3511 knee high's. The little extra in cost is well worth the comfort they have provided to me..
